Our aim at Renaissance Retirement is to provide innovative, fresh, reinvigorated retirement housing.
Renaissance Retirement was founded by the late Robert Taylor in the 1990s when he saw a gap in the market for high-end retirement developments.
Robert set up Renaissance Retirement with the main aim of designing, building and managing luxury retirement developments that were simply better than the standard developments being produced across the country at the time. That ethos still holds today.
We have continuously evolved by developing apartments with generous space standards, high quality internal and external specifications, mezzanine galleries and beautiful gardens. We are proud to say we have always kept abreast of our customers’ evolving needs and aspirations.
With Renaissance Retirement, you’ll enjoy independent living in a luxurious environment, safe in the knowledge that your home is secure. You will also have the support of your concierge should you need it. A very welcome assurance for your family and friends. Our communal areas are beautifully furnished and meticulously cleaned and maintained, ensuring the level of comfort that one would expect in the very best hotels.
Our largest apartments do boast floor space up to 1,875 sq ft and the majority of two bedroom apartments averaging 1,000 sq ft, Renaissance Retirement can offer something special to a retirement market that is now demanding bigger bedrooms, wider hallways, more storage space, en-suites, dining rooms and higher specification kitchens.
In January 2018, Renaissance Retirement was acquired by PegasusLife creating the PegasusLife Group, the premium provider of age-exclusive living in the UK.
